Subscription & Trials

At DoneTonic, we offer two subscription plans:

Premium Plan: Get it Done

This plan includes all premium features, such as:

• Workspaces with more than 5 users.
• Automation of Product Backlog Items and tasks.
• Importing JSON files.
• Task templates.
• Macros for streamlining bulk actions.
• 10 GB of storage.

Free Plan: Give me 5!

• 1 GB of storage.
• Up to 5 users.

Trial Period

When you register for the first time on DoneTonic, you get a 21-day trial of the Get it Done plan, DoneTonic’s premium plan. During this time, you can enjoy all premium features.

Once the trial period ends, you must choose the plan you want to continue with:

• If you choose the premium Get it Done plan, you’ll need to pay per user.
• If you choose the free Give me 5! plan, you can continue using DoneTonic for free, but without the advanced features of the Get it Done plan.

User Limit

If you have more than 5 active users and your trial period has ended, DoneTonic will require you to:

1. Switch to the paid Get it Done plan.
2. Deactivate users to meet the limit of the free plan.

It’s important to resolve this promptly, as active users won’t be able to access DoneTonic until the issue is resolved.
