Home

Start your day by having a global view of all your work.

Go to the home page, you can find it in the upper left corner in the menu.

In this screen you can find all the tasks assigned to you, grouped by their due date so you can easily identify what is due today, this week, or is already past the deadline. You can also find info on your assigned PBIs, releases or scrum events.

On the upper left side of this screen there is the workspace/project filter, where you can select if you want to only see the items from a specific project, workspace, or from all workspaces.

Right next to it you can find the visibility selector, where you can choose to only see the items assigned to you (Personal), or all the items (Global).

On the right side of the screen resides the calendar. In it you will find the respective items from the left side of the screen, be it tasks, pbis, releases or scrum events, sorted by their due date. You can click on any of them to check additional info.

Right under the visibility selectors you can find the two main tabs of information: my work and the urgent/important matrix.

Until now we’ve been exploring the contents of my work, so let’s talk about the urgent/important matrix.

In this view you will only be seeing tasks, which will be grouped in the following sections: do, plan, delegate and evaluate. This recommendations are based on the tasks importance (high or lower) and due date (this week or in the future) so you can quickly find which of your tasks require the most attention, or which ones you should be looking to delegate or evaluate if they need to be done at all.
