How to add or remove a PBI from a Sprint
Once you have created and refined your PBIs, it’s time to add them to your next sprint and start working on their tasks on the Sprint Board.
First, go to your team’s Backlog and find the PBIs in the left section. Always use the search bar at the top right.
Now, locate the sprint in the right section and expand it. Finally, drag your PBI into the area within the sprint.
To remove a PBI from a sprint, simply do the opposite, drag it from inside the sprint to the left section.
The order of the sprint follows the order of the Backlog, and vice versa. If you make any changes to the priority in the Backlog, it will be reflected in the sprint, and vice versa. If you want to manage a different order in the Backlog than in the sprint, go to your team > Settings > Team and turn off the synchronization of the Backlog with the Sprint.
